1. Concrete Diamond Saw Blade Description

Laser welded diamond blade is used in construction industry mainly, especially in concrete cutting. Some concrete contains steel bars, the temperature of diamond segments goes up quickly when cutting the steel bars in concrete, the diamond blade segments may drop, it is very dangerous to the operators.

SinoDiam JPGS series general purpose diamond blade is a kind of laser welded diamond blade which consists of a solid steel core surrounded by a circular pattern of diamond cutting teeth. By means of Sinodiam's professional diamond tool manufacturing technology, the cutting teeth are made from pretty high grade diamond and a certain proportion of metal powder that are pressed together at high temperatures.

 
    SinoDiam JPDA series is laser welded segment blade is designed for cutting asphalt dry on low horsepower saws. This laser welded blade covers a variety of asphalt and green cutting applications and employs undercut segments to prevent impact erosion of the core.
